Can you assess an over-the-range unit?+
Send a photo showing its installation and model number. Access and any removal arrangements need to be confirmed beforehand.
Can I check the inside myself?+
Do not remove the outer casing. Microwave internals can be hazardous even when the appliance is unplugged.
